Privacy policy
Last updated: August 30, 2026
Your privacy matters, so let’s get straight to it: this page explains what personal data we process when you use this site or contact us, why we use it and what rights you have. This policy follows Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Spanish Data Protection Act (Organic Law 3/2018, LOPDGDD).
Data controller
The controller of your personal data is:
- Controller: Mayoral Huang Shirui («WeksonDigit»)
- Tax ID (NIF): 72329437A
- Registered address: Calle Cascalería 11, P02 A, 24003 León, España
- Email: service@weksondigit.com
What data we process, and why
This site collects very little data. Specifically:
- WhatsApp contact: if you message us, we process your phone number, profile name and the content of your messages to answer your enquiry and, if you ask for one, arrange a demo. WhatsApp is a Meta service and applies its own terms as well.
- Calls to the demo line: if you call the demo number, the conversation is handled by Sofía, our AI receptionist. The call audio and its transcript are processed to run the conversation and show you how the service works.
- Website chat assistant: the messages you type are sent to our server and forwarded to Anthropic, the AI provider that generates the replies. We do not store them in any database: they are processed on the fly and the conversation disappears when you reload the page. We recommend not including personal or sensitive information in the chat.
- Technical data: when you use the chat, your IP address is used transiently to prevent abuse (rate limiting). In addition, our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps the technical logs inherent to running any web server.
We do not use your data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not build profiles about you.
Google user data
This section is about the product, not this website: it applies when you are a WeksonDigit customer and you connect your Google Calendar so the assistant can manage your appointments. If you have not connected a Google account, none of what follows applies to you.
- What we access: your Google Calendar — the list of calendars on the account, your busy periods, and the details of the events the assistant needs to read or write.
- Why: to check whether you are free before offering a caller a time, and to create, modify or cancel the appointments that caller asks for.
- How it is stored: the OAuth tokens Google issues are held encrypted, scoped to the one business that granted them, and never used to reach any other account. You can revoke them whenever you like: by disconnecting the integration in your dashboard, or from your Google account’s permissions page. Either one ends our access.
- What we never do: we do not sell this data, we do not share it with third parties, and we do not use it to train models — ours or anyone else’s.
Google requires this statement to appear word for word:
WeksonDigit's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Legal bases
We process your data on these Article 6 GDPR bases:
- Your consent, when you message us on WhatsApp, call the demo line or use the chat (Art. 6(1)(a)).
- Pre-contractual steps taken at your request, when you ask for information or a demo of the service (Art. 6(1)(b)).
- Our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and working properly (Art. 6(1)(f)).
How long we keep your data
- WhatsApp conversations: for as long as the business relationship lasts, or until you ask us to delete them.
- Website chat messages: not stored; they are processed transiently to generate each reply.
- Technical server logs: for the short periods applied by the hosting provider.
Recipients and processors
We do not share your data with third parties for commercial purposes. To run the service we work with providers acting as data processors:
- Vercel Inc.: website hosting (United States).
- Render: hosting for the application and its database (United States).
- Anthropic: processing of chat messages to generate the AI replies (United States). Under its commercial terms, Anthropic does not use these messages to train its models.
- WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.): messaging, when you choose to contact us through that channel.
- Google: Google Calendar, when a customer connects it so the assistant can check their availability and manage their appointments.
- Twilio: telephony — the numbers the assistant answers on, and the call audio in transit (United States).
- Deepgram: speech-to-text transcription of call audio (United States).
- ElevenLabs: speech synthesis, the voice the caller hears (United States).
- Stripe: subscription payments and invoicing. Your card details are entered on Stripe’s own pages and never reach our servers.
- HubSpot: CRM, when a customer connects it so calls and bookings are recorded in their own HubSpot (United States).
International transfers
Some of these providers are based in the United States. Transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission, depending on the provider.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, or withdraw your consent, at any time by writing to service@weksondigit.com. We will reply within one month at most.
If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish supervisory authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es). Feel free to write to us first. Chances are we can sort it out directly.
Minors
This site is aimed at professionals and businesses, not at children under 14. If we detect that a minor’s data has been collected without authorisation, we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If the way we process your data changes, we will update this policy and the date shown at the top.
